Discover Dogs Wishlist!

Every year before big events I write a shopping list in an attempt at keeping control of my spending - usually this doesn't help. but it's still fun to do! I'm being quite sensible this year as the gang don't really need anything!
So here's whats on this years' list!

Teddy Maximus:
Holly makes so many gorgeous things and i'd quite happily buy the lot, but these are my must buys!
Navy Signature Print Bowtie - £15.95

Navy Signature Print Harness - £49.99

Dapper Pets:
I've got a list of things to pick up from Dapper for a work colleague and whenever I see them I always pick up a new collar and lead set for Daisy so this year I plan on grabbing one of the winter limited editions.
Winter Snowflake Collar

Winter Snowflake Lead

Lily's Kitchen:
I love Lily's Kitchen's festive range so will be stocking up as well as grabbing some of their new Natural range! Daisy isn't raw fed so will be picking up a can of their festive wet food as a treat!
Christmas Cracker Treats

Three Bird Feast

Cotswold Raw:
They sell some of our favourite natural treats and we'll be stocking up as we've run out!
Beef Twists

Lambs Ears (a bit gross, but the perfect size for Dachshunds!)

Mabel & Mu:
It wouldn't be a shopping list without a bit of Mabel & Mu! I'm obsessed with their bow ties and own nearly the whole range! This time i'll be grabbing one of their new halloween prints as well as some of the more festive prints.
Bat Cave Bow Tie

Winter Pine Bow Tie

I am also planning on popping to the Benyfit stall in the hope they have a big show offer on their raw as we're running super low!

Are you going to Discover Dogs? We will be there on Sunday with Chloe and Winnie

Boots & Bones - but better!

As you probably know we love the brand Boots & Bones, we've been a fan right from the beginning and every time Ellie releases a new collection I can't help but place an order; and her new range was no exception!

The new range for Autumn included popular fabrics from previous ranges but on leather collars! Our all time favourite Boots & Bones collar is the Denim Stars - Sev wears his collar to every show/event he goes too! So when I saw that Ellie had brought out the Denim Stars x Leather collar it was obvious that Sev would be needing one!

One of the things we love about Boots & Bones is the quality, they are always super soft and lightweight yet beautifully made and are never bulky, which is super important to me when buying collars.
The first thing that struck me about the new collar was how soft it was! The leather is buttery soft and smooth and sat comfortably on Sev straight away (so many leather collars are stiff and rough!) another thing that I really liked about these is the double keepers, perfect to avoid flappy ends! The fabric sleeve is securely attached which metal rivets. I absolutely love this collar and it's overtaken it's fabric counterpart as Sev's go-to show collar (it'll be making it's debut at Discover Dogs next week!)

I also added one of Boots & Bones' new bow ties to my order, the fabric is the Confetti Tweed (we also have the matching collar!), this bow is the perfect size for Sev and has a nice wide elastic loop which stops it from slipping around when it's on the collar - super excited to see what other fabrics Ellie will be making into bows!

What's your favourite collar from the Boots & Bones Autumnal range?

September Favourites

September is always a strange month, the seasons are changing and Halloween and Christmas is fast approaching! We've got a busy month planned in October which i'm super excited about!

Firstly this month I have the Peek-A-Moo harness from Moo & Twig. I've had my eye on this harness  for ages and this month decided i'd treat Sev to it ready for Discover Dogs (did also pick up the matching lead because why not?). I'd never tried Moo & Twig before and was super pleased with the quality and fit, it definitely fits better than the Puppia harnesses! It's fully rev erasable too, which is cool! I love the stripes and all the tiny dachshunds in the print - so cute!

Next up are the ByBenji Training Treats, ByBenji are a relatively new discovery for me, I spotted the packets of biltong training treats at a recent dog show and after hearing lots of good things about them I grabbed a pack! They are expensive but definitely worth it! The dogs go mental for them and love them, will definitely be trying the rest of the range!

Our lead favourite this month is the newest creation from Luna's Loft on etsy! I've got quite the collection of leads from Hannah and loved the simplicity of the new Nifty Knots leads, they're super soft and instead of being whipped are knotted securely giving the affect of a tassel which is really cute!

I treated the dogs to a luxury bed from Teddy Maximus to go in my new office, I wrote an in depth post about it here, such a gorgeous bed that perfectly matches my bookcase and is super cosy and big enough for both of mine to stretch out in!

And lastly is a bandana from Luna's Loft, I have no direct link to this but Hannah kindly included two tie-dye bandanas that match the leads I bought for Lily & Sev for Christmas, the pink bandana is just gorgeous! The colours are absolutely lovely, the fact that they are tie on is super helpful too!

What have you been loving this month?
