Barney's Biscuit Boxes!

I first heard about Barney's Biscuit Boxes last Christmas when our friend Otto, shared a picture of their advent calendar (we'd already bought ours so missed out!) and didn't really know that much about them, but I was contacted by them asking if i'd like to try one out!

I always look into every brand before I say yes, one of the first things that was that from every box (and Advent Calendar at Christmas!) sold a donation is made to a UK dog rescue of your choice! Along side funding rescue dogs, Barney's donate money to helping rehabilitate dogs by paying towards their vet bills, as dogs saved from puppy farms are kept in horrific conditions and in need of vet treatment. They work closely with some of the smallest rescue centres that are saving these dogs by helping towards their vet bills. By buying a Barney's Biscuit Box you can help too!
I absolutely love this idea! Guilt free dog treat buying! :-)
Barney's do a range of different boxes, from size orientated to dietary requirements, which I really liked! I chose the small box because Lily and Sev are under 5kg, the size based boxes come with two options, the "starter box" and the "large box". We where very kindly sent the Large box! They also make a Puppy, Sensitive Tummy and even a Vegan treat box
The product description lists what is in each box which is really helpful if you have a fussy dog, I didn't read it before hand as I quite liked it being a surprise!
The treats come packaged in a sturdy box baring the Barney's Biscuit Boxes logo and are filled with shredded paper - Lily had great fun poking around in this and made a beeline for her favourite Pooch and Mutt treats!

All the treats included in the boxes are all very high quality, made from human-grade ingredients with no additivesno preservativesno derivativesno salt or sugar which is something I try and look for when buying the dog's treats, each box comes without being tied into a subscription deal and are really good value for money! They would make the perfect gift for either your own dog or as a gift for a friend (the puppy box would make a brilliant present for a new addition!)

Overall I really love this product, the whole idea behind it is brilliant and the fact that I can spoil my two whilst knowing i'm helping dogs in rescue centres is really nice, as soon as they've finished this box i'll definitely be trying some of the other varieties and without a doubt this year their advent calendar will be one from Barney's! :)

Thank you for reading!
