As some of you may remember, i've bought from Wagytail before; they're a super affordable brand based in Essex selling soft dog harnesses, collars, leads and various other dog related goodies.
Wagytail often have money off codes on their social media, I took advantage of their current offer "Jack20" to get 20% off of my whole order (still working at time of writing! 21/5) to pick up a few bits and bobs!
I've reviewed the bandanas and harnesses here so this will be mostly pictures with the exception of my thoughts on the collars and leads!
Hope you enjoy and I totally recommend that you get yourselves over to Wagytail and enjoy the bargains!! :-)

Weekend Wishlist #6
I've missed posting these, so here is this weeks breakdown of what we're lusting after!
1: Teddy Maximus' Pink Shetland Wool bow tie - £14.99
I've got the liberty print bow tie that Teddy Maximus makes and this one is just gorgeous!
2: Duke Loves Fergie's The Corde Collar in dove grey & blue - £25.00
Seriously impressed with the quality of Lily's collars and leads from DLF so I think it's time Sev got in on the action!
3: Dapper Pets' Pupsicle Bandana - £6.50
Perfect for summer and in my favourite colour, bright blue! A definite must have for summer!
4: Barks&Bijoux's Style Hound ID Tag - £14.40
5: La Maison D'Arabella's Medium Black & White Mono Teepee - £68.00
For no reason other than Lily sleeps upstairs in my room and this is waaay cooler than a dog crate!

Boots&Bones
I'm constantly on the lookout for good quality, British brands that are not only well made but are gorgeous to look at.
I've followed Boots & Bones since their launch earlier this year, they are a small British brand mostly consisting of Ellie, the designer and seamstress and the gorgeous Dotty, the cavalier (i've got a particular soft spot for Blenheim cavs, like Dotty as my first dog, Mickey, was one!).
When I was contacted by Ellie asking if Lily and Sev would be interested in modelling for them I was ecstatic! And you can imagine our excitement when they asked if the dachs would like to be Brand Reps for them!
Todays post is an introduction and a first impression post, I received two lovely collars in the post today and couldn't wait to try them out!
I received a Grey Chevron (my personal favourite!) and the Red Stripey collar. I sent Ellie the dogs collar measurements and she matched them perfectly, the chevron that Lily's wearing is slightly smaller than Sev's as she's not got as much coat! Both collars fit the dogs perfectly and look lovely on either of them!
I was super impressed with the collars, they're super slimline and lightweight and not at all bulky. But saying that, they feel super sturdy and secure!
We'll be thoroughly road testing them over the upcoming weeks so expect a follow up post! Enough waffling from me, heres the photos!

Travelling with Dachshunds - Whats In My Bag, DogFest Edition!
This is the first in a series of travel and DogFest related blog posts, as you'll know if you follow us on twitter, I travel with the dogs quite frequently as living on the Isle of Wight every day out/dog show involves quite a journey!
In this post, as the title hints is what I carry in my bag while travelling with the dogs. (As Lily is the only dog going to DogFest with me I've not included any grooming supplies which I usually have if Sev's with me!)
The Bag: The Cath Kidston Button Spot Busy Bag
As a self confessed bag addict, this is one of many specially bought "dog bags"! But this is the most recent and definitely the best! This bag may look small but is perfect for carrying all the essentials! The bag is made from wipe clean oil cloth, has various pockets both inside and outside and a long strap which doesn't inter fear with lead holding! :)
It retails at £65 and also come in Red Polka dot and 2 floral prints.
I bought these wipes to go in Isla's christmas stocking (Yes, I am that person!) But they are perfect for popping in my bag incase, the wipes have a really nice clean scent and are much larger than the usual dog wipe, you get 5 in a pack and are perfect for travelling. I've not tried any thing else from Hownd but I really do like these wipes!

Duke Loves Fergie
Quite possibly our new favourite luxury brand!
I'm incredibly fussy with collars and won't let the dogs wear anything that I don't like! Having small dogs width, weight of the collar and overall size is something thats on the top of my agenda!
I'd seen a few of my twitter friends wearing the Duke Loves Fergie collars and though at £12 each it was worth the gamble! I selected two of the City collar range in Hot Pink and Tan, I measured my two in accordance to the online size guide and went for a small. I had a coupon code to go me free delivery so I placed my order and waited not so patiently!
First impressions of my order was that I loved the fact that they came with a dust bag, I love this as it instantly reminded me of designer handbags - you'd never get one of those without one!
The collars themselves are divine, the leather was so incredibly soft and subtle which is something that even the most expensive collars in our collection lack! The collars are gorgeously soft and sit perfectly on the dogs, they aren't bulky or harsh and I've never had so many compliments then i've had whilst Lily's been wearing the hot pink collar! I absolutely love it! Move over Louis Vuitton - I've got a new favourite!
Each collar comes with 3 metal tags (which I really need to have engraved!) which continues to add a touch of added luxury!
I will most definitely be ordering agin and my current wish list is the matching hot pink lead, the Dove Grey Corde collar and matching lead!
(Lily was far to busy trying to play so photos are not as perfect as usual - sorry!)
Thank you for reading!
Jaime, Lily & Sev
Happy 1st Birthday Severus Sausage!
Yesterday was Sevy's first birthday! I honestly can't believe how fast this year has gone! So much has happened since we got Sev, both good and bad; we've almost lost Lily twice, had the chance to compete at Crufts with Isla, won Best In Match with Lily and had an unbroken streak of Best Puppy in breeds with Sev!
So here's to another fab year! :)
(Lily totally wasn't up for celebrating! apologies for the grumpy face!)
